Stuffed Mushrooms

Fresh white mushrooms (Large) or Portabellas whole
1 box onion & mushroom Stovetop

Dressing:
1 onion
Stalk celery
Parsley & garlic & salt & pepper to taste
1 stick margarine
1 packet chicken gravy mix

Directions:

Wash mushrooms and remove stems hollow out tops, use some of the stems cut up for dressing.

Cook Stovetop according to directions on box also add diced onion and diced celery.

Melt margarine.

Stuff mushroom tops with dressing mixture arrange on cookie sheet.

Heat oven to 325 and pour melted butter over them. Make gravy according to packet directions.

Drip over mushrooms, save remainder.

Cook about 20 min to 1/2 hr. or until mushrooms are hot and tender.

Remove from oven and pour remainder of hot gravy over each one and serve hot.
