Stuffed Mushrooms
15th January 2007
Ingredients:
10-20 white small mushrooms
1 lb. mild sausage
1 8-ounce box of cream cheese (softened)
Directions:
Cook sausage until half way done, then add the cream cheese. (Do not drain the sausage; the mushrooms will absorb the extra grease).
Continue cooking until meat is done and cream cheese is melted and stirred into the sausage.
Brush mushrooms and remove stems.
With a small spoon, fill each mushroom with the sausage-cream cheese filling.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until mushrooms are golden brown.
