South of the Border Dip

South of the Border Dip

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef

1 pkg. dry taco seasoning

1/2 cup minute rice

1 lb Velveeta, cubed

1 can Rotel

1 can condensed tomato soup

 

Directions:

Brown beef in skillet and drain.

Put beef, and all other ingredients in a crock pot on low.Allow to heat until cheese is melted.

Serve with tortilla chips.
