Mexican 8 Layer Dip

Ingredients:

1 16 oz. can Refried or Black Beans
1 pkg. Mexican Rice, cooked
1 12 oz. jar salsa
1 cup guacamole (3 avocados, smashed with salt and lime juice to taste)
1 16 oz sour cream
1 16 oz pkg. cheese, Cheddar or Monterey Jack, shredded
1 2 oz. can black olives, sliced
4 green onions, chopped

 

Directions:

  1. Spread beans on bottom of 9” x12” glass dish.
  2. Spread cooked rice evenly over beans.
  3. Spread salsa over rice.
  4. Spread guacamole over salsa.
  5. Spread sour cream over salsa.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over sour cream.
  7. Sprinkle olives and onions over cheese.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips.
