Freezer Pickles

7 cups cucumbers (thinly sliced)1 onion, sliced

1 green sweet pepper

1 tbsp. salt

2 cups sugar

1 cup vinegar

1 tsp. celery seed

1/4 tsp. mustard seed

Mix cucumbers, onion, pepper, and salt and let stand for at least 2 hours.

Drain well.

Mix sugar, vinegar, celery seed, and mustard seed together and add to cucumber mixture.

Refrigerate two to three days.

Stir two or three times daily.

Place in containers and freeze.
