Easy Pickles

6 cups thinly sliced cucumbers (about 25 small cukes)

2 small onions, thinly sliced

1-3/4 cup sugar

1 cup white or cider vinegar

2 tbsp. salt

1 tsp. celry seed

Place cucumbers and onions in a large container.

Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly until sugar is dissolved.

Pour over cucumbers and onions.

Cover tighly and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Pickles can be stored in refrigerator for 1 month.
