4 chicken bouillon cubes

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup minced onion

2-1/2 cups chopped potatoes

Gaspacho

2 hard cooked eggs
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 mild onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 quart tomato juice
1 small green pepper, chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash of tabasco (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
juice of one lemon
1 small cucumber, minced
thin slices of lemon

Spanish Bean Soup

2- 16 oz. cans Garbanozo beans (chick peas)
2-3 onions, chopped
1/2 - 1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
4-6 potaooes, peeled and cubed
2 cans water ( add more if needed or want more liquid)
salt and pepper to taste.

1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes, chopped

6 oz. tomato juice

7 cups water
