1 large jar of marshhmallow cream

¼ cup chopped scallions
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon minced fresh jalapeno
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon cumin

1 6 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
